California Licensed Payroll Specialist
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their Global Payroll and Employment Tax team.
Key Responsibilities
Process and administer bi-weekly payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees, including new hires, terminations, and various payments
Manage taxable benefits and stock-based compensation transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations
Develop reports for internal and external requirements while identifying and implementing process improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of multi-state payroll experience
FPC or CPP certification is a plus
Extensive knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Strong understanding of payroll and tax withholding compliance requirements
