A company is looking for a Project Site Designer to lead site design efforts across various projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation of site plans, permitting documents, and construction plan sets for diverse project types Coordinate AutoCAD drawings and manage project drawing lists and general drawing management Collaborate with internal teams to refine project requirements and document standards Required Qualifications Degree in Architecture or related field, or 5-10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Google Workspace, Bluebeam software, and ProCore Expertise in all phases of architectural document production and understanding of drawings and specifications Understanding of CA and CO zoning structures, ADU law, and applicable building codes Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages, from feasibility studies to construction documentation
