Key Responsibilities Supervise the investigation, management, and timely disposition of Workers Compensation claims Establish performance standards, conduct appraisals, and administer corrective actions as necessary Review and analyze claims, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards while balancing workloads Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Five or more years of progressive experience as a Claim Examiner or equivalent Previous supervisory experience desirable Thorough knowledge of insurance coverages and practices Industry designations preferred but not required (IIA, AIC, AEI, and/or CPCU)
