California Training Manager
A company is looking for a Training Manager to develop and oversee training programs using a "train-the-trainer" approach.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and assess training needs, creating customized training plans and curricula
Oversee training programs, manage budgets, and report on progress and areas for improvement
Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify knowledge gaps and enhance training content
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in leading and managing computer-based training development
At least one year of experience in developing train-the-trainer courseware
Two years of experience administering a learning management system (LMS)
Proficiency in operations management and training practices
CA residency required for this role
