California Outreach Coordinator
A company is looking for an Outreach Coordinator for Northern California. Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive outreach and deliver presentations to raise awareness about telecommunications services Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations and service providers Provide consultations and technical assistance to consumers regarding telecommunications needs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience (preferred) At least one (1) year of experience in outreach activities for communities of persons with disabilities At least one (1) year of experience working with deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, or disabled customers At least one (1) year of professional experience in a customer service environment Experience working with Community-Based Organizations to enhance outreach efforts
