A company is looking for a Call Center Assistant to provide customer support remotely. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound and outbound support to internal customers via phone, email, or chat Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach Document issues handled and stay current on topics impacting internal customers Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Call center experience is preferred Experience working with a PC in a Windows environment is required Ability to work as a member of a team Excellent attendance is required
