Cardiovascular Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Cardiovascular Operations Manager to oversee operational management of cardiovascular abstraction services. Key Responsibilities Oversee operational management of cardiovascular abstraction services ensuring compliance with clinical, regulatory, and financial requirements Coordinate staff, manage budgets, and analyze data to improve service delivery and patient outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in operations Required Qualifications Over five years of leadership and team management experience Knowledge of cardiovascular abstraction and CVOR or CVICU operations desired Experience in STS, ELSO, and/or TVT abstraction Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; clinical degree such as RN preferred Experience leading remote work teams is a plus
