Category Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities
Leverage Consumer Panel data to identify shopper trends and synthesize multi-source data into actionable insights
Collaborate with Category Management teams to create consumer selling stories and provide shelving recommendations
Drive insights on innovation and brand growth, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture across teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social Science, or Business Administration; Master's preferred
Significant experience in FMCG with a background in large matrix environments
Expertise in syndicated data platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, Numerator)
Experience in developing retail customer plans using shopper insights and analytics
Familiarity with shopper insights methodologies and digital commerce analytics
