Key Responsibilities Abstract, code, sequence, and interpret clinical information from various medical records Assign correct diagnoses and procedure codes while ensuring accurate sequencing Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and track productivity levels Required Qualifications Successful completion of an AAPC or AHIMA-approved Coding Certificate Program Minimum of two to four years of current production coding experience in acute care Must possess certificates such as CPC, COC, CIC, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, and/or CCS-P 2 years of EPIC experience required Two years of Profee experience required
