Key Responsibilities Support the change, communications, and training strategy for Field Solutions Technologies Develop and execute change management interventions, including stakeholder journey mapping and communication plans Track key adoption metrics to assess change effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of transformational change management experience, preferably in an agriculture environment Formal change management training, such as Prosci or ACMP certification Experience in designing and applying change management principles and methodologies Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and virtual collaboration tools
