Child Safety Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Threat Operations Specialist, Child Safety. Key Responsibilities Review and respond to sensitive content reports, including child exploitation and graphic violence Investigate complex cases to understand abuse and prepare high-quality reports for internal and external audiences Proactively identify undetected abuse using internal data and intelligence sources Required Qualifications 1 - 2 years of experience in Trust and Safety moderation, particularly with child safety content Ability to operate in a high-tempo, sensitive environment while meeting specific SLAs Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex information effectively Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Cybersecurity or Criminal Justice (preferred) Experience with data manipulation using SQL, Python, or similar programming languages (preferred)
