Key Responsibilities
Administer claims for various health and pre-tax benefit plans, ensuring compliance with guidelines
Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding claims administration
Educate customers on account rules and IRS regulations related to pre-tax benefits
Required Qualifications
Education Required: Associate degree
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role preferred
Strong knowledge of HSA, HRA, and FSA plans, with awareness of evolving regulations
Proficient in Excel and data analysis for interpreting large data sets
Basic project management skills and familiarity with platforms such as WEX CDH
