Client Experience Agent
A company is looking for a Part-time Client Experience Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy
Track client progress through project milestones and address any roadblocks
Identify common client questions to help develop educational content and resources
Required Qualifications
Available to work 20-25 hours per week, including Saturdays (PST hours required)
Experienced with CRM systems (Zendesk preferred)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable creating and managing processes independently
Adaptable and energized by fast-paced, startup environments
