A company is looking for a Special Operations Cognitive Performance Specialist. Key Responsibilities Train and educate SOF personnel in cognitive skills and performance improvement strategies Assist the HP Program Manager with mental performance and exercise psychology matters Document work performed and maintain compliance with training requirements Required Qualifications, Training, and Education U.S. Citizenship required Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one Master's degree in Human Performance, Kinesiology, or related field; Doctoral degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cognitive performance practitioner or Sport Psychologist Certification in heart rate variability (HRV) or willingness to obtain within 12 months
