A company is looking for a Collision Repair Specialist Level 2. Key Responsibilities Authorize collision repairs and review high dollar repair estimates Negotiate repair costs and ensure adherence to repair standards and guidelines Assist and instruct other repair specialists and manage complex technical issues Required Qualifications A minimum of five years of automobile adjusting or appraising experience ASE Master Certified in Body tests (B2-B6) I-CAR Platinum Certified, maintained annually Two years of Collision Repair Specialist experience with a performance rating of Exceeds or better Familiarity with PC systems, including Windows and estimating software
