Key Responsibilities
Design and manage programs to improve Sales Development workflows and facilitate cross-functional workstreams
Develop subject matter expertise in Sales Development and build cross-functional partnerships for successful program execution
Define success metrics for programs, conduct assessments, and identify areas for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience with 6+ years in program management within a high growth/technology environment or consultancy
Superb organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
Proven experience using Lean/Process Solutions methodologies in sales workflows
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills across distributed teams
