A company is looking for a Policy Manager, Commercial Policy. Key Responsibilities Develop and improve commercial policies affecting user experience, including cancellations, refunds, and payments Guide policy operationalization efforts in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders Collaborate with various teams to assess risk and deliver policy solutions in support of company growth Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a Policy, Legal, or Trust and Safety role, particularly in commercial or product policy Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, research, and analysis Experience driving solutions to complex problems through cross-functional collaboration Fluency in data analysis and leading data-driven decision-making Ability to explain and simplify complex information and tradeoffs to others
