A company is looking for a Credit Product Officer - Commercial Real Estate (CRE). Key Responsibilities Interpret financial statements and perform cash flow and personal financial statement analysis Complete credit underwriting for annual relationship reviews, line of credit renewals, and loan modifications Develop knowledge of lending standards, banking laws, and regulations while assessing credit worthiness of commercial loan applicants Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (Accounting or Finance preferred) At least two years of experience in commercial credit underwriting and analysis or related fields Understanding of commercial loan structures and underwriting Experience with commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loans Formal Credit Training with proven analytical skills preferred
