Communications and Talent Brand Manager
A company is looking for a Communications and Talent Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of their communications and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Shape and maintain a compelling company narrative that articulates the mission, technology, and impact
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business objectives, including media relations and internal communications
Co-create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for external communications and manage relationships with key media and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in communications and marketing, preferably with talent marketing experience
Demonstrated interest in the defense, technology, or startup sectors
Experience in building teams that produce high-impact communications and campaigns
Proactive ownership mindset with a proven track record of achieving results
Grit and creativity when faced with challenges
