CS Operations Manager
A company is looking for a CS Ops Manager to ensure operational excellence within the Customer Success team. Key Responsibilities Conduct monthly churn audits and trend analysis to maintain data integrity and prevent churn Oversee onboarding processes and ensure compliance with workflow standards Develop internal dashboards and training materials to optimize processes and enforce accountability Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in CS Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Ops (SaaS/retail tech preferred) Expertise in HubSpot and Google Suite/Excel Strong focus on data accuracy and process details Proven ability to hold teams accountable without direct authority Experience with POS integrations or multi-location client management is a plus
