Compensation and Equity Analyst
A company is looking for a Compensation and Equity Senior Analyst to support and enhance its total rewards function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal coordination for equity and grant programs, including compliance and communication
Assist in the annual compensation cycle by preparing data and conducting compensation benchmarking
Oversee vendor management for equity administration, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in compensation and/or equity programs, preferably in a high-growth company
Familiarity with Private Equity Units (PEUs) and executive equity design
Experience working with or managing vendors
Understanding of equity-related compliance, tax, and legal considerations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field; CCP or CEP certification is a plus
