Connectivity Specialist

A company is looking for a Connectivity Specialist, Service Delivery to ensure a positive onboarding and implementation experience for clients. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multiple Connectivity project deployments and customer onboarding Work with customers and various internal/external teams to ensure project milestones and timelines are met Manage MACD order requests and maintain communication with customers regarding their inquiries Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related work experience, or 4+ years of related work experience 2+ years of experience leading project teams Comprehensive knowledge of Telecommunications, Data Network Services, and Data Center operations Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, JIRA, and Remote Hands coordination is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
