A company is looking for a Consumer Bank 1st LOD Risk Officer. Key Responsibilities Lead the Compliance Risk & Control organization and implement a Compliance Risk Management framework Engage with Bank leaders on compliance incidents and provide risk advisory for project initiatives Coordinate Internal Audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across Business Units Required Qualifications Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data & Analytics or similar Minimum of 10+ years of Compliance risk and internal control experience Experience in Consumer Banking and related compliance laws and regulations Large Bank experience preferred Proven ability to lead and execute in change management environments
