Contact Center Software Engineer
A company is looking for a Contact Center Software Engineer to support Cloud Contact Center platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and develop products and features for Cloud Contact Center platforms Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and resolve bugs identified during QA processes Mentor team members and train stakeholders on NICE CXone tools and solutions Required Qualifications 2-4 years of IVR and ACD development experience 1-3 years of CXone Studio scripting experience Experience with CRM integration and cloud telephony platforms High School diploma or GED required Certifications such as NICE Certified Implementation Engineer preferred
