Key Responsibilities Research and establish accounting policies, including complex accounting issues and technical memos Prepare and review financial statements and compliance reporting, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements Oversee internal controls and investor relations, and support corporate development activities Required Qualifications 8+ years of financial reporting and audit experience, preferably in a scale-up environment CPA Designation required Strong technical proficiency in ASPE and IFRS; US GAAP knowledge is an asset Experience with internal controls compliance and consolidation of multiple entities in different currencies Experience with IPOs is an asset
