Key Responsibilities Develop and facilitate training initiatives for team members in the Pre-Service Division Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and process documentation Support end users during MiChart go-lives and manage training programs Required Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. with a minimum of two years in healthcare training or operational experience Successful completion of the Learning Liaison Program Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Demonstrated ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external customers Computer literacy and technology skills suitable for remote work
