Customer Experience Product Liaison
A company is looking for a CX Product Liaison to support the Customer Experience team and collaborate with the Product team. Key Responsibilities Triage issues submitted by the CX team and submit bugs to the Product team as needed Collaborate with CX team members to gather information and coordinate communication with the Product team Participate in the product readiness process and create documentation for new product implementations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 2+ years of experience at the company preferred Exceptional product knowledge Deep understanding of healthcare technology applications Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
