Customer Service Account Manager
A company is looking for an Eastern Customer Service Account Manager (CSAM).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary customer contact, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams and Regional Sales Managers to provide exceptional account and project management
Utilize Salesforce to manage project-related information and ensure timely communication with agents and freight carriers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the lighting industry preferred
Previous experience in customer support, inside sales, or account management
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
Ability to interpret project reflective ceiling plans and lighting schedules
Experience with Bluebeam for project documentation
