Key Responsibilities
Drive initiatives from discovery to implementation to optimize and automate key operations processes
Collaborate with various teams to deliver enhancements for both user-facing and internal processes
Oversee vendors to maintain high client service standards and drive workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
5-10 years in operations management, product operations, product management, or solutions engineering
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for problem identification and prioritization
Experience balancing competing priorities and achieving alignment across stakeholders
Familiarity with insurance, fintech, or other service-driven environments
Ownership mentality with demonstrated hands-on work experience
