Customer Success Engineer
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to support their customer service and technical solutions for complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
Support frontline Customer Support and Account Managers with technical solutions for escalated issues
Identify and escalate issues across multiple business units within the organization
Develop custom scripts and processes to provide solutions and ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails, Web Services, API (RESTful), and IP based protocols
1-3 years of experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL or similar database systems
Experience writing clean, readable, and well-structured code
Familiarity with systems architecture and database design
Experience with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS (specifically Linux/bash)
