Key Responsibilities Solving customer cases and troubleshooting issues with the engineering team Developing and improving internal tools and documentation Assisting Customer Success Managers with Enterprise requests Required Qualifications Frontend development experience with Next.js Understanding of modern web architecture and frontend frameworks like React Experience with incident management and procedural communication Comfortable working in a fully remote, globally distributed team Availability for weekend and on-call work based on a rota system
