Customer Success Operations Director

Key Responsibilities
Partner with client experience management teams to implement renewal and expansion motions, providing insights on performance and areas for improvement
Establish and evolve key business processes to drive efficiency and support future growth
Prepare regular reporting and presentations on business results and trends for leadership
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in Client Success, Customer Experience, or Services Operations
Mature understanding of go-to-market and client-facing SaaS strategies
Salesforce.com subject matter expert with experience in creating reports and managing dashboards
Proven experience leveraging and managing GTM technology platforms
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
