A company is looking for a DMS Switch Migration Support Engineer. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute traffic migrations from DMS and 5ESS to Ribbon C-20 VoIP switch Resolve ticket escalations and support maintenance activities related to DMS Switch Ensure DMS Switch traffic is prepared for cutover to new platforms and participate in migration activities Required Qualifications and Education High School Diploma or GED required 10+ years of experience with DMS switch translations and maintenance Solid understanding of BR 752-101-901 and Bellcore Frame Operations Management System Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DMS Switch and translations Knowledge of Lucent 5ESS Switch is beneficial
