Customer Support Risk Analyst
A company is looking for a Customer Support Risk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in accurately and timely boarding and setup of bank card accounts and processing systems
Respond to and resolve inquiries related to payment processing terminals, account information, and billing issues
Maintain ongoing communication with clients and ensure all necessary documentation is received in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Moderate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, and PowerPoint
