Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for security-related customer inquiries, assessments, and audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer security expectations with company practices
Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and assist in reviewing security-related clauses in contracts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in Information Security, Risk Management, or Compliance
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards
Experience in a SaaS organization managing customer security reviews
Familiarity with security certifications and best practices
