Quality Improvement Project Manager
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Project Manager to coordinate and monitor quality improvement and organizational projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor quality improvement projects, including NCQA and HEDIS preparation
Analyze data and develop presentations and educational materials for internal and external stakeholders
Manage the project life cycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, and resource management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or equivalent experience; Master's in Public Health preferred
4+ years of quality improvement or project management experience in managed care
Advanced knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
Experience with Smartsheet preferred
