Data Center Infrastructure Engineer

A company is looking for a Data Center Infrastructure Design Engineer to work remotely in the Seattle Time Zone. Key Responsibilities Design and create layouts for data center infrastructure, including facilities structure and networking equipment Perform capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure scalability and efficiency of the data center Monitor and optimize performance of infrastructure components to meet service level agreements and business requirements Required Qualifications Strong knowledge of data center architecture and minimum design requirements for network, compute, and storage racks Proven experience in a large-scale data center or telecom environment Solid understanding of physical design standards and IT security best practices Strong understanding of public cloud infrastructure and cloud-native applications Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for designing data center layouts
