A company is looking for a Data Conversion Business Analyst to support the design and testing of data conversion activities for a state government agency. Key Responsibilities Identify and document business and technical requirements with end-users Translate requirements into functional and technical designs, including data mappings Support data migration activities, validate test results, and troubleshoot data discrepancies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field At least two years of experience as a data conversion business analyst At least five years working with relational databases and implementing SQL queries Experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs At least three years of experience in data analysis and testing/validating results using SQL queries
