Professional Services Account Manager
A company is looking for a Professional Services Account Manager who will promote and sell professional and managed services to clients while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct discovery meetings to define the scope of professional services engagements
Lead the end-to-end sales process for professional services, including contract negotiation
Act as the primary point of contact for client services sales, ensuring alignment with business needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or Professional Services role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong experience with Salesforce for managing service requests
Proven ability to create and manage Statements of Work (SOWs)
Technical knowledge of contact center solutions or related enterprise software is a plus
