Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field OR 5 years of relevant work experience
1 year of supervisory experience
Proficient knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design practices
Demonstrated project management and organization skills
Ability to build and promote positive working relations with customers
