Design Delivery Principal

A company is looking for a Design Delivery Principal responsible for overseeing design decisions related to data center projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the design process, collaborating with architectural and engineering partners to ensure technical excellence and cost management Manage relationships with design partners and suppliers, addressing issues to meet project expectations Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of design documentation and compliance with standards Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a Design MEP Firm or as an Architectural lead in a Mission Critical Design Practice MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Architecture preferred; BSc acceptable with extensive experience Architects should hold RA or AIA credentials PE certification is desirable but not essential
