Desktop Support Administrator
A company is looking for an Administrator - L2.
Key Responsibilities
Perform problem determination and resolution for end user devices, including equipment and software issues
Coordinate incident and problem resolution with other teams and support authorized users and end user devices
Conduct install, move, add, and change (IMAC) activities, as well as data backups and restores
Required Qualifications
Managed a Desktop Support/Field Services team across multiple locations
Strong understanding of SLAs, CPIs, and ITIL concepts
At least three years of experience in technical service delivery
Working knowledge of ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow
Extensive knowledge of Windows builds and software break/fix
