Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate project team efforts across various departments to support milestone achievement Ensure adherence to project budget and scope of work for project profitability Maintain effective communication and provide project status and progress reports internally and externally Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological, or science-related field or equivalent experience Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a matrix environment 5 years of global experience as a Project Manager for complex clinical trials and/or programs Experience in Rare Disease projects is required Experience managing project budgets and the full lifecycle of studies
