Desktop Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, documenting solutions in the Footprints ticketing system
Assist with equipment installations, software updates, and PC configurations
Provide customer service by resolving service tickets and keeping customers informed of progress
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5 years of helpdesk or desktop support experience required
CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and/or Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification preferred
Experience with Windows Operating Systems and basic networking knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot, install, and configure hardware and software
