Develop and execute comprehensive benefits strategies aligned with market trends and organizational needs
Lead the management of benefits costs, compliance, and communication strategies for employees and stakeholders
Oversee vendor relationships and ensure effective administration of benefits programs and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
7 years of experience in benefits or total rewards functions
2 years of experience in people management
Deep knowledge of benefit administration and relevant laws/regulations
Strong project management and analytical skills
