Key Responsibilities Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of the IAM program Manage IAM solution evaluations, vendor selection, and integration processes Ensure compliance with regulations and define IAM standards and policies Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience in software development and 7+ years in identity and access management Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Proven leadership experience managing technical teams Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and solutions, including SSO and MFA Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions preferred
