Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day activities of Claims professionals and third-party partners Develop technical and leadership skills of Claims Managers and colleagues Establish goals for liability claims handling and advocate for innovation in the department Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred At least 5+ years of management experience overseeing a team in claims administration 10+ years of experience in a client/customer facing role, preferably in the insurance industry Expert level knowledge in insurance claims handling and risk mitigation techniques Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
