Director of Onboarding and Enablement
A company is looking for a Director of Onboarding and Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Design, document, and implement scalable onboarding workflows aligned with time-to-value goals
Define success metrics for onboarding and enablement, track performance, and report insights for continuous improvement
Lead, mentor, and manage the onboarding team while remaining hands-on with onboarding experiences
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading onboarding, enablement, or customer operations teams in a SaaS environment
Strong background in process design and business analysis
Experience managing customer escalations and resolving complex issues cross-functionally
Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem is essential
Higher education experience is a plus
