A company is looking for a Director of Payroll to oversee payroll processing and compliance for multiple entities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals to ensure efficient payroll practices Collaborate with various departments to meet payroll processing and reporting objectives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws and manage year-end tax reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 20 years of experience in Payroll 8-10 years of experience leading payroll in a complex, multi-organization environment or 20 years of Payroll experience Experience in multi-state, multi-entity tax reconciliation and reporting Proficiency with payroll systems, specifically Workday/UKG Healthcare industry experience is preferred
