A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Billing Strategy. Key Responsibilities Manage revenue cycle projects and identify opportunities for process improvement Redesign processes, implement new workflows, and monitor operational metrics Analyze trends, present solutions, and develop workflows related to claim lifecycles Required Qualifications 7-10 years of revenue cycle experience or a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Analytics Experience in biotech or laboratory billing is strongly preferred Extensive knowledge of insurance reimbursement policies and compliance regulations Experience with data analysis, particularly using PowerBI, Google Suite, and Excel Ability to perform in-depth analysis of claims and denial trends
