A company is looking for an EDI Enrollment Coordinator to assist with the implementation process and provide ongoing support to customers. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training related to the TruBridge RCM software Oversee the enrollment process, verify information, and follow up on application statuses Conduct client training and maintain updated support cases according to team policies Required Qualifications High degree of self-motivation and strong organizational skills 2-year degree or equivalent experience Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skills Above average oral and written communication skills Experience in the healthcare or related industry is preferred
